The K-Heritage Series Coloring Book Vol.1 was created to raise awareness and interest in UNESCO’s Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

Planned as a three-part series, the coloring book combines informative content with interactive illustrations, allowing readers to learn about four heritage elements through coloring activities.

This first volume introduces the following elements :

• - Juldarigi : Tugging Rituals and Games (inscribed in 2015)
• - Yeondeunghoe : Lantern Lighting Festival in the Republic of Korea (inscribed in 2020)
• - Talchum : Mask Dance and Drama in the Republic of Korea (inscribed in 2022)
• - Knowledge, beliefs, and practices related to jang-making in the Republic of Korea (inscribed in 2024)
